Enjoy a slow-paced multi-sensory mindful walk around the bush in Henderson Park as you listen to a site-specific audio narrative and awaken your senses, connecting to the world around you.

Immerse yourself and your whānau in the world of interactive storytelling with nature being the main guide on the journey. This is a walking multi-sensory meditation that serves as an invitation to look deeper, hear clearer, breathe lighter and walk slower.

Following the inspiring soundscape and different styles of walking, you will be invited to perform a handful of mindful and movement exercises that will shift your gaze, connect to nature and the ancestral wisdom that lies within each of us. Spaces are limited. Online pre-booking is essential.

The immersive audio walking experience is created by Papaya Stories in partnership with Conscious Action. This event is FREE thanks to the Henderson-Massey Local Board funding.
